“ I like this place. Had lunch and ordered Carne Asada and Rolled Tacos. Nico’s had a diner vibe. It was a bit expensive but the portion was big. Paid $28 for the 2 dishes. ”
“ The young man at the counter was very nice and friendly. I ordered the fish taco combo, which included 2 tacos, rice, beans, and a medium drink. The rice and beans were decent. The tacos were disappointing, though. The fish was overcooked, and the breading was burned and hard. The taco shells fell apart as soon as I picked them up. So, I ate them with a fork using the partial shell pieces as pushers. The pico and the salsa verde were very good. I ordered a flan for dessert. It was not good and not worth the cost. I won't say I won't go back, but I will never order that meal again. I spent $20. Not worth it. ”
“ i been coming here for 8 years and this is the ONE. i’ve driven across town and even moved away and came back and had to stop here. food is ridiculous, seating is plenty, always find parking, facility is clean, super fresh ingredients, and you can always find a family member behind the counter. i always get the breakfast burrito and it slaps every time. the potatoes they put in there are always perfect. the tacos are crazy as well and they have bomb desserts. not to mention they’re always so fast. i’m in and out in 20 minutes and their drive thru is always quick as well. can’t say enough. will forever be a Tucson staple for me. ”
“ I went through the drive-thru. It takes a little longer because they cook every order fresh. Delicious shredded beef tacos dorado. Some places barel put a morsel of meat in their tacos. Not Nico's, they packed those tacos full! The meat was so tender and flavorful. Almost like birria. They have a variety of tacos and a full Mexican food menu in a fast food style. ”
